I can cast other apps to the TV, but ignite displays the name of the show I'm trying to cast, then returns this error

Are you trying to cast to a TV equipped with a Chromecast device? If not, then it appears it won't work, per the following link in a recent thread.

However, if the Ignite TV client and/or mobile device are unable to establish a secure stream, any attempts to cast video will fail.
