Error TVAPP-00100 when casting Ignite TV

I've been here awhile

I can cast other apps to the TV, but ignite displays the name of the show I'm trying to cast, then returns this error

Are you trying to cast to a TV equipped with a Chromecast device?  If not, then it appears it won't work, per the following link in a recent thread.

The TV has Chromecast built in.

@Sling2  I don't know whether this will help but you can try some tips that have worked for some Comcast customers: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-stream-app/error-code-tvapp00100/6145038916396f3626...

However, if the Ignite TV client and/or mobile device are unable to establish a secure stream, any attempts to cast video will fail.
