The other day I attempted to log in to MyRogers app on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (One UI version 6.1 and Android Version 14). Was not able to log in without updating the MyRogers app software. Was not able to open the MyRogers app after the update. An error message screen came up instead. I have tried disabling and reenabling the app, this did not help. I was able to sign in using the web login thru rogers.com to obtain the current statement/bill I needed. Should I uninstall the App completely and reinstall or are you having some current issues with the newest version update?
