Crave App Captcha Issue

Just got Crave subscription through Rogers. Downloaded the Crave app on my phone and tried to sign in using the Rogers TV Provider. I can't get past the Captcha. After clicking the verify button on the Captcha it just returns to the 'I am Not a Robot' page and nothing happens

Hi @peterk,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and thank you for your post! I certainly understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to use the app since you are unable to get past the captcha security measure.
If you can let us know some more information so that we can try to assist you further.
- Have you tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again to see if that corrects the issue?
- Are you using your in-home Wi-Fi or cellular data connection?
- Also, if you can let us know some more details about the device that you are using, Make, model, and OS.
