Our Rogers Xfinity app (formerly known as Ignite HomeConnect) is designed to be used on phones in portrait mode.

Intesting response, but thanks. Your Ignite/X TV service is excellent, but as regards the internet it's one shortcoming after another. How does one unregister from this forum?

Well, - a Rogers cable TV only subscriber for years, migrating from DSL to Rogers for internet earlier this year I actually only registered with this forum shortly after in an attempt to understand the situation I had landed in and in order to look for signs that the internet service (and associated advertising!) might evolve. Input from posts in this forum (mirrored by chat and tech support) point in the opposite direction, so time to move on. Enough time wasted.
