Nokia fastmile connection issues

Have had fastmile for couple months and no issues until today . It is not connecting to internet hardy at all, speed so slow can’t use or times out

See if you can determine the location of the closest tower and take the unit closer.to the tower and see if the speed is good there. Will need a 12V power source. This helped me determine that it wasn't an issue with congestion on the tower (as Rogers had told me) but weak signal at my location which I seem to have solved by attaching an external antenna.
