Nokia 5G

We are not getting 5G but modem says strong signal. Our devices throughout our home drop from the wifi. Also downloads seem slow. And gaming is slow. Are there any pods or extenders that can be used? Or any suggestions would be great. Was trying for 30days cause cheaper than bell but not if it’s not usable:(

Some thoughts:

• Are you connected 4G or 5G (5G light lit up).
• How many lights do you have on. Mine has 2 out of the 3 lights lit.
• How do you reconnect your devices to the WIFI?
• When the devices are disconnected, have you logged into the 5G Mobile to see if they still show there?
