I've been around
Having troubles trying to get data services to work, I have ext coverage and roam like home but I don’t seem to get any signal to use it. In Dominican with a bunch of friends, they are also with Roger’s and there phone is working without issues. I have no pending bills so I’m really at a loss.

We'd be happy to help you use your phone while abroad. If you’re having trouble using your device while travelling, make sure that data roaming is turned on and that your phone isn’t in airplane mode. 

 

Did you make sure your Data Roaming was '''ON'' in the network settings of your phone?

 

Check out our device guides for steps on how to do this. Your device should automatically connect to a carrier when roaming. If it doesn’t, try connecting to a network manually.
