Anyone else sign up for the black friday phone plan

I've been around
So I signed up for the Black Friday 5G infinite plan. The promo included 200GB of data. I got setup on the 1st and activated on the 2nd. The rep who got me started said that the information emailed to me after he got off the call with me would be inaccurate so there’s no need to freak out. So today checked my Roger’s app and it stated I was only getting 100gb of data. I got on the chat with the chat bot and was eventually sent to a specialist on the same chat window. The specialist stated that I only have 100gb. I sent a screenshot of the promotion and pointed out that the promotion that I signed up for was for 200gb. No reply since. Might be because the chat stopped at midnight EST. Anyone else experiencing the same thing or is it just me?

I'm glad to hear you were able to take advantage of some Black Friday deals! I understand that you are not showing the proper data allotment when reviewing the price plan details on your MyRogers profile online. I can see why that would cause some concern.

Yes and we concluded that Roger’s is incapable of providing their consumers what was advertised which is rely sad because it was the whole reason I switched I was given 14 extra GB monthly and a $15 permanent discount lowering my total monthly to 35 with the automatic payment and home service discount pair with other discount the plan will cost 15 for the first 7 month 25 for the next 5 thereafter and 35 staring a year from when the plan was activated but still at the end of the day I was never given the data I was promised and the manager concluded that their was nothing on their end that they could do to rectify the fact that you have mislead consumers into falsely believing they would receive 200GB if they made the switch
