@mikexp Whenever Incognito works and regular Chrome doesn't it's almost always an issue with your cookies or cache.  Clear your cookies and cache and restart Chrome. See the following post for additional tips on browser issues:

Yep, thanks.  Seems like there's a bug they need to fix, it shouldn't be necessary for users to do anything like that.  They must be corrupting their cookie and should be catching or working around it.  Your linked post is over a year old!

AFAIK, that extensive list of tips still applies (for many websites), despite its age.

Yep, the problem isn't the list, it's that this is a bug that seems to have been in their code for a while - I wasn't the first to find it.  Rather unprofessional of rogers development not to fix it in so long, or at least have built in a workaround (e.g. just clear the cookie if it's broken).  It's a pain to force users to recover preferences for all of their unrelated apps accessed online because of this bug.

1. Although Rogers' websites have more than their share of cookie/cache and other issues, it's not the only website that gets them.  In a perfect world...

2. Most browsers allow you to search for specific cookies. I only clear all the Rogers cookies. The others are left intact, although it's probably not a bad idea to start afresh in many websites if it's been a while...

Thanks for the help...  though I confess I've lost the thread a bit...  are you saying I need a better browser?  I don't seem to have a way to delete cookies for specific sites outside of developer tools, have I missed something?  I don't find I need to start fresh for any of the sites I frequent, this is the only one that's giving me an issue.  My feeling is that rogers should fix their problem, I shouldn't need to be taking any action.

I use Chrome on a Mac Mini M2. The steps for me are:  Chrome - Settings - Privacy and Security - Cookies and other site data - See all site data and permissions.  Then at the top right I have an options for "search".  I type in "rogers" (with a small r) and the various Rogers cookies come up.  I delete the desired Rogers cookies.

For the Cache I go to Chrome - Clear Browsing Data - Advanced and select Cached Images & Files and clear that data, but nothing else.

This keeps all the other websites intact for cookies.  Different browsers will have different options, but this should give you an idea of what to look for.
