"Parental Control > Managed Services" page has technical issues

Can someone help me set up the parent control in Rogers Ignite router to block Valoront? Someone in the house has been playing it too much.

This page has bugs, glitches and tech issues.

I went to the page "Parental Control > Managed Services" and set the trusted devices. But when I came back, the settings are gone (not saved properly)? 

Other pages like "Parental Control > Managed Sites" works fine.

Can someone replace a new netgear to me?

If you're having difficulties like this, I would recommend that you attempt a factory reset and then set your modem back up again from scratch.
