internet freezing a little , but speed is ok

Hi,

I just switch from FIDO (75M download speed, modem CODA 4582 ) to Rogers (150M download speed, Ignite WiFi modem Gateway gen 2),  I use wired  connection  to my computer and wireless connection  to my tablet. 

The issue is video offten freezing when I using TiKok or Twitter, I test internet speed, is nearly 300M download , so the speed is good.

I didn't have this issue when I was with FIDO  ( modem CODA 4582),  anyone has some suggestions?  Can I ask Rogers to change my modem to CODA 4582?

Videos freezing can be annoying; switching over to Rogers Ignite WiFi gateway modem could have been more pleasant. We're delighted that you are happy with the speed.

While we can't switch the modem back to CODA-4582 due to incompatibility with the Ignite platform, we can work on a solution for you:

• Do the videos stream smoothly on your wired computer?
• Besides the tablet, do the videos freeze on any other WiFi device?
• How far is the tablet typically used from the modem?
• Is the new modem at the same place as the CODA?
