Hi, I am the operator of HouseSigma.com
Recently a lot of users complain that they can't access our website and app. All of them are using Rogers Internet.
It appears to me that some security feature on Rogers modem or DNS is falsely blocking our website HouseSigma.com
Is there a department we can contact to resolve this? It is causing damange to our business.

No problems here in Toronto either. (Mac Mini M2, Chrome Browser) Might be some sort of setting issue with your users.
Here's a set of tips if people have issues with websites:
Gateway/Router security settings may also play a role.
