My email is the main email on our account. My husbands is our secondary email. We are somehow locked out of his account. We know the password and the secret question answer but still cannot get into the account. I was on hold for 2 hours and they pretty much just told me they can only help with my main account. I know this isn't true because we had something similar happen months back and they helped us reaccess the account. Can anyone help me!?!

I understand the urgency of regaining access to an email account.
I was on hold for 2 hours and they pretty much just told me they can only help with my main account.
I am a little unclear about this bit; as long as we are speaking to the account holder, we should be able to assist you with a password reset.
Are you the account holder for the email in question? If yes, then please send us a PM @CommunityHelps. If not, please have the account holder please contact us via their own profile.
