Hi! We have 1gbps ignite wifi but my wife's S20 FE is always having slow connection at home.
Her connection is showing WIFI 6 but getting similar to 3g speed. This problem only happens when connected to our home wifi. It's fine in wifi on other places or using mobile data.
I already tried to disable 5ghz in our wifi and do full factory reset on the phone, Still the same issue.
Anyone encountered something similar or any solution to this?

• How many WiFi bars do you see on the device?

Are you having the same issue as listed by the OP? Is your device on the latest OS? Have you tried to factory reset your phone?
What happens when you connect to a non Rogers WIFI, do you still experience slow WIFI issues?
Just need a bit more info to assist you further.

So absolutely no Android devices will connect, @Mlg2? Or just your one Samsung phone? If multiple device models are impacted, could you list them here, please?
I understand Samsung is saying this is a Rogers issues but in situations where only one device has issues while every other device connects just fine, the issue is most likely isolated to that specific device.
When I search the Internet for Samsung Galaxy WiFi 6 issues, I get a lot of hits. It seems like this is an issue with Samsung devices and not an issue caused by ISPs. For instance, have a look here: S23 ULTRA WIFI 6 ISSUES PERSIST AFTER APRIL UPDATE - Samsung Community
