I updated my Rogers Ignite cable box and my Rogers WIFI yesterday and as of midnight today I can no longer access my Rogers email account. When someone tries to send me an email they get a message that the message could not be delivered because the mailbox is disabled.
How can I get this fixed??

The email accounts getting disabled can be a temporary state during the service transfer from the legacy to the Ignite.
