Rogers Yahoo Email - emails not coming through

I'm receiving some emails with attachments and others with attachments aren't coming through.  The file size isn't large, so don't think it's that.  Previously the same person has sent me emails and they came through with attachments even.  Nothing in my spam folder. - any ideas?

To troubleshoot this issue, would you please answer the following:

• How do you check your email? Do you use an email client/app like Outlook or Webmail?
• Do you know the file format of those attachments? Specific formats may get blocked.
• Does the sender receive any bounce-back error messages?
