Hello there, I am already having issues for 3 days with my Rogers cable in Maple, ON. The service is down. I called yesterday and was told that it is my local problem and technician was scheduled to come today and confirmed. Today got another text message that he is coming. After that in 20 minutes got another text message that he is cancelled. Called again to technical support and was told that now it is a problem in the whole area. Every day different answer but my service is down for 3 days. What is going on?
