Hey everyone,
Just signed up with Rogers Internet yestrday, everything works perfectly right out of the box BUT, the moment I tried to use my media server with Plex on my PS5, they won't communicate.
I've used Plex for nearly a year now with the same setup but was with Start.ca till yesterday. Both my PC and PS5 are connected via ethernet so it's not a wireless issue so it seems that the Gateway is blocking communication between my PC & PS5.
Does anyone know how to go about resolving this so I can use my media server again?

We are delighted that you are pleased with your Ignite Internet service. Can you connect to your PC/Plex media on a different device? It may not be the gateway modem blocking the connection.
Due to the introduction of the new gateway modem, you might need to re-establish the connection between your PS5 console and PC. Try signing out from the Plex app on your PS5, then sign back in and link the console and PC.
