I got Rogers Ignite installed recently. Everything works ok as before but my older IPad. I reset the network and tried many times. It has been unsuccessful. Wondering whether older OSs are not compatible with Ignite ? Thx for the reply.

Try lowering the security on the 2.4GHz wireless to WPA.  If it is setup to have 2.4GHz and 5GHz under one WiFi network.  Separate them into two different, one for 2.4GHz and one for 5GHz.

Had the same problem: Using the HomeConnect app on your phone, click on "Wifi" at the bottom (menu selection), then on "Wifi Details", then at the bottom "Edit WIFI settings", then change the "Security mode" to "WPA2".  Suddenly, all my older iPad/iPhones connected.
