Hello,
I believe I have low signal levels, less than -15 dB, on the Rogers Network coming into my XB7 Ignite Gateway (posted below). I believe less than -15 dB is outside parameters. I am runing in the officially supported configuration with no network hardware of my own.
My issues are being randomly and unpredictably kicked out of Netflix or YouTube on my XiOne STB, and rubber banding in online video games.

I discovered damage and also splitting of the shielding on the coaxial cable that goes from the outside Rogers box to my office where the Ignite Gateway is. Also the outside Rogers box appears to be partially opened and not locked properly (not my doing, but also perhaps water could get in?). A Tech is coming on Wednesday to investigated these issues.
I will update here about my signal issues after the Tech has finished their work.
