I've been around

I am very disappointed with the roger’s service specially with home internet. It is 3rd day continuesly with the interruption of internet its hard to work online when you don’t have good internet service. Totally disappointed👎

I understand how inconvenient service interruptions can be. May I know where are you located? Have you had a chance to contact out technical support team?

Is the whole service dropping or is it just your computer that you are working on? Are you connected to the gateway with an ethernet cable or via WiFi?
