Internet lines went down in our backyard from a tree trimmer damaging the lines. Our internet was fine but our downstairs neighbors internet in the same house was down (also Rogers).
This morning a technician came to repair the lines, however after he was done fixing our downstairs neighbors internet ours went out. The technician must have forgot to reconnect us.
I called Rogers support today to explain the situation but they claimed there was a neighborhood outage so they couldn't send a technician out. Blatant lie as our downstairs neighbor and our entire block all had internet, all with Rogers.
Absolutely unacceptable for how much we pay for internet in Canada.
