I'm losing all connection for internet/TV multiple times daily & they do nothing about it. Had a tech to house that couldn't even figure out how to connect to wifi & he left & said he was going to check k something & never came back. Apparently there's a "problem" in my area. Everything has shut off 3 times since 1am & it takes multiple minutes for it to come back on. I contacted them a few times regarding this & nothing gets done. I think its time to look for a new provider cause apparently the $260/month I pay for just tv/internet isn't enough to warrant fixing the problem

It’s concerning to learn that the technician could not resolve the issue and did not follow up as promised. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver.
