This is certainly not the experience we want you to have, especially when engaged in gaming! We can look into your connection and identify what's triggering the degraded service that you're receiving. Can you please confirm the following?
1. All services working fine outside of streaming/gaming?
2. Your modem’s RF levels are within spec?
3. Is the issue present with a wired connection to the modem?
4. Are you using any third-party equipment?
