I've been here awhile

If my internet account was frozen for non-payment and I pay the bill, will it automatically work again or do I have to contact Rogers to reinstate it?

Normally, once a past due amount is paid in full and has posted to your account, your services should be restored automatically, within 30 minutes. If that isn't the case, I would recommend that you reach out to our Credit Operations team during their regular hours of operation, for further assistance.
