Hi, I'm having an issue with Rogers Ignite. My speeds are fine, and general browsing and downloads are great. I'm hooked up with Ethernet and I get the promised download speeds. The main issue is online gaming. At the beginning I had 20ms in league of legends, but after like 2 months its been at 55ms consistently.

What you posted does not show any issues with your connection but you should test for longer in case you have the "latency spike storm". Download PingPlotter and run it against 99.225.124.1 (your CMTS box) with ping intervals set to 0.5s and see if you have spikes when you experience your issues. If you don't then its not on Rogers side.

Having the same problem with the same time frame. Rogers says it's not on their end and Riot says it's not on theirs.

Ping plotter at 99.225.124.1 for 1 hour ping interval set to 0.5 s.

Yep, you are experiencing latency spikes to the CMTS box, very similar to the way I was for months! Online gaming was brutal. I created countless tickets with no resolution and getting constantly dismissed on all levels. Your best bet now is to gather some pings and traceroutes and do it until it shows the issue and send a PM to @CommunityHelps with the info and hope for the best, they won't accept PingPlotter graphs for whatever reason.
I have been monitoring those forums for a bit and I see a LOT of people complain about latency issues as of late, I do understand that does not affect people binging Netflix as much but online gaming, VOIP, remote desktoping is affected so not everyone is making noise about it but there is something up with Rogers cable!

Oh okay, thank you for the help. Ye hopefully they fix the issues soon.

Was hoping to find a solution here.
Had bad ping in Val for months - then it was great (sub 20) for a few weeks - now back to 40-50 ms.
Ping is better in Virginia than it is Illinois. That makes no sense as an Ontarian.
