When I try to access the site, the login screen shows for a split second, and then I just get the black screen with the 3 dots and the message "Now connecting to your entertainment experience" on my desktop
I have done the following with the same results each time:
- Tried 3 separate browsers, all up to date (Firefox, Chrome and Edge)
- Cleared the cache on all of the above
- Tried via "Private/Incognito/InPrivate" windows for each browser
- Confirmed my system time is correct and synced (including adjusting the internet time per another forum post)
- Restarted my computer entirely
- No VPN is in play
- No ad blocker, pop up blockers, etc are in play
I'm at a loss, so hoping someone can assist

@OiyBoy You say that "No ad blocker, pop up blockers, etc are in play" but you may need to take this a step farther. Rogers (actually Comcast, since it is actually their web player) expects that you are running an up-to-date version of either Firefox, Chrome, Edge or Safari, and be running those browsers with default configurations and no active extensions. Pick any one of those supported browsers and then try disabling ALL extensions, completely clearing cache/cookies/site data/local storage, and then open ignitetv.rogers.com
If you cannot get the site to load, it is not good enough to disable content blockers and reload the page. I tried this with Firefox 122.0 and uBlock Origin installed, and I still wasn't able to get the site to load. (I then Inspected the page with devtools, reloaded the page and watched what was breaking on the devtools Console as the site progressively loaded.) After, I disabled uBO and cleared all browsing data, I was then able to authenticate and run the web player.
I can confirm that Chrome, Firefox and Safari (on macOS Sonoma) and Edge (on Win 11 Pro), in a clean config with no content blockers active all work fine. Problems arise whenever content blocking extensions had been in play and the browser was not reset to a clean state.

Thank you for your responses and suggestions. I will reiterate, there are no content blockers whatsoever in play.
That being said, I reset all of the browsers to their default settings, disabled all extensions of all types to take this a step further, cleared cache of all items from all time: the same issue persists.
That is, I am working on a clean, default config, with no content blockers, no extensions, and still I receive the same result: The black page with the 3 dots, and the window stops loading.

@OiyBoy : I see that you've already tried the suggestions in the following link. Good for you and thank you.
Please check over that list in case you missed anything. Also give Chrome in Incognito mode (or FF in Private Mode) one more try. That usually works.

FYI, here's a thread in the Xfinity support forum for what looks like the same problem: https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/xfinity-stream-website/xfinity-stream-still-doesnt-work-for...
On Windows, with Firefox or Edge, after clearing ALL browsing for ALL TIME and running with default options and no extensions, you should be able to access https://ignitetv.rogers.com/
Same with Safari on macOS.
With Chrome, you always run the risk that you could be part of a Field Trial, especially now that the Chromium devs are looking to phase out third-party cookies, complete the transition to Manifest V3, and switch to a new scheme to track users' browsing habits.

I have tried all of the suggestions multiple times. As I noted from the very beginning, caches have been cleared of all data, and I have tried private/incognito mode in all browsers with the same results.
From the developer console on all 3 browsers I see the following errors (all similar in nature, but all captured for reference:
Firefox:
Uncaught TypeError: XTV.FingerprintMiddleware is not a constructor
Googling this error brings me one result for a similar problem:
https://github.com/uBlockOrigin/uAssets/issues/20325
As you can see, this is specifically around uBlock, which I do not have. I even went so far as to ADD uBlock, just so I could try the advice they provide, as well as subsequently disable/remove it. Same result
I am attaching a screenshot as well of Edge, in incognito mode, showing the Dev console window with the error

@OiyBoy I noticed the same when I had uBO enabled: https://communityforums.rogers.com/t5/Ignite-TV/Ignite-TV-Freezing/m-p/517619/highlight/true#M18201
I have not had the time to dig into this any deeper. However, if I disable uBO, clear ALL browsing data...
...and then relaunch Firefox, I can then successfully load https://ignitetv.rogers.com/
Do you have any other 3rd-party security software installed on your system that could be causing problems? Are you using your own router on your in-home network and, if so, does it have any ad blocking or content blocking features enabled?
