Just wondering, as it seems to be happening lately, does the recorded program you're watching continue to play even after you've switched the channel to Live TV? I was watching a recorded program and switched to live TV and when I went back about an hour later, I thought it would take me back to where I left off but it was a good hour away from where I left off. Is this a glitch or something that's always been around or do we have to pause or stop the program first before switching to Live TV or a different channel?

This is the first that I am hearing of this behaviour. If you have not already, please reboot the Ignite Entertainment Box by pressing the A button and following the steps on screen or you can power cycle the box by removing the power cord for 10 seconds and then reconnect it.
