Ignite TV & Lobby Chanel

My lobby channel is gone since I switched from digital TV to ignite? For my safety I need this channel. How can get this channel?

You probably cannot get it through IgniteTV since it's a different delivery method.  You need to contact your building management and ask them how you can get it. Some MDUs may "transmit" it to a website (or similar) that you can access via a phone, tablet or computer...

At some point Rogers may implement an app within IgniteTV to access a lobby camera, but your building management would still need to work with Rogers to implement it.  Either way, contact your building management.
