I have the Flex package, but have been encountering issues with the website on trying to change channels, with a pop-up saying that there is an issue on the Rogers end. Has anyone else had the same issues?

Here's a list of tips that may assist:
Try a different browser, or Incognito, Private Mode, clearing cookies, cache, disabling extensions, etc. This usually works.
If you try the tips and they don't work, then you'll need to contact Rogers.

Thank you for joining the conversation. That can certainly be frustrating if you are unable to exchange your Flex channels. Have you made any recent changes to your account? What is the exact error message that you are receiving when you try to exchange a channel? Have you tried some of the tips listed in the @57 post above?
