I added channels to favorites. Just noticed this morning its missing channels, even though they are marked as favorites. I am on my favorites listing, it shows on all channels marked as favorite but not on favorites view?

Thank you for posting your inquiry to the Rogers Community! We certainly want to help you resolve the issue you're experiencing with your Ignite TV Favourite channels.
I see you're referring to "Favorites View". Is it because you've changed the default Guide view in Settings?
That would be through "Settings" > "Preferences" > "General" / "Default Guide View" and then "Favourites".
Have you performed any troubleshooting steps since noticing the issue?
I'd recommend you to firstly, reboot your Ignite TV set top box:
Tip: You can also use the “Restart Box” voice command with your remote to restart the box.
Alternatively, you may want to restart your gateway as a whole if you have not done so in a while.
