Shame on you Roger’s. Your staff is perfectly fine leaving a senior with no phone service Orr access to 911 for 72 hours because of your mistake on a simple move order. Your staff is unable to resolve and certainly did not try to get a simple landline fixed for a senior. That has never missed a payment and made the necessary calls in advanced for the move.
12+ combined hours on hold for nothing. Still no service….
Get it together Roger’s. Monopoly or not this is unacceptable.
