False "number is disconnected" message

My home phone will no longer connect to my doctor's office. I get the message that I've reached a disconnected number. This is nonsense. I can phone them from my cell phone, and they say they have had no problems with anyone else calling them. Being a medical clinic, they get a lot of phone calls. I also have no problem calling anyone else from my home phone, just my doctor. This started a few days ago. Has anyone else had run into this?

Its probably not a fake at all, its probably a routing issue,  Did you know you can call rogers customer service and report to them if  you are having trouble dialing certain numbers from your house phone? Yes you can call them and report the issue, they will be more than happy to fix it once you report it to them.
