905 Political Calls

OK, so I'll put this in the Apple sub, given nothing else fits.

I have a 905 phone number.    I do not live in Mississauga.

I am getting incessant phone calls (and voice mails) from Mayor Bonnie Crombie.

How?   Why?

Somehow you got on a list.. be it from you sharing your phone number somewhere else and them selling it or somewhere else.
Sometimes, its just an auto dialer.. calling numbers in succession. (But you would think they would check the area codes for that)

Unfortunately, since its political, they are exempt from the DoNotCall list, etc as well 😞
