Rogers has just sign a 10 year deal and agreement with Comcast Xfinity to bring new
technology to Canada. Could this have something to do with the increase of the additional entertainment set top box .
Rogers had put $500 million into building their own IPTV system, but couldn’t wait as the competition was ahead of them. Now everything Comcast does Rogers has to follow suit.

Rogers had a choice, in my opinion they went down the wrong path, now Canadians and subscribers are stuck with it.
But there are choices and alternatives!!

How many are leaving Rogers when this increase for additional entertainment boxes goes into affect.? How many will use another provider? And will you start using different options and alternative ways for you and your family to watch TV on a second, third or fourth TV in your home with the technology available to the consumer?
Instead of paying for renting these boxes per month.
