Phone was stolen and Roger’s won’t even lower the bill! Was a loyal customer for 20 years now being kicked when I’m down ! Rogers is a typical corporate monster training others to be monsters too ! Lesson learned

Companies are not people. They are businesses. Report your stolen device as stolen so it can be blacklisted. You can always purchase another device and maybe, the insurance is worth having just in case bad luck strikes again.

I’m here for this exact reason. I was hoping to find a solution.
Roger’s doesn’t care about its customer when it’s down to the core, it’s all about the money. Sadly most companies are like this.
