Hello Community,

With all of the new phones available, many of us are looking to upgrade our devices to the latest models. With that in mind, we’d like to let you know about our Rogers Trade-Up program to help offset the cost of getting a new device.

You can trade in phones, tablets, or Apple Watches from any carrier. You can get a quote for the trade-in value of your device by going to onlinerogerstradeupquote.com.*

We look for three things when determining the value of your device:

  1. That it turns on,
  2. That the touchscreen works and isn’t cracked, and
  3. That all account information on the device (eg: iCloud/Find my iPhone credentials) has been removed.

You can learn more about the Trade-Up program by checking out our support article located here: https://www.rogers.com/customer/support/article/rogers-trade-up-program-faqs.

Have you checked out our new self-serve hub athttp://www.rogers.com/supportFind all the information needed to manage your account and services online, 24/7, including troubleshooting tips, answers to most frequently asked questions, video tutorials, and more!

*The quoted value assumes that your phone turns on, that you have removed all account information on your device, and that the touchscreen works and isn't cracked. Devices that don't meet these criteria may be eligible for lower trade-in values. Depending on the age and condition of your device, it may not have any value. Rogers works with a third-party vendor to determine the value of all devices.
