Moving? Update Your Personal Information Using MyRogers!

For a lot of families, Summer means moving season and we know how stressful it can be!

Thankfully, with the self-serve tools at your disposition, through your MyRogers profile, it’s easy to update your personal information using your account, whether its through the app or online. 

You can quickly make changes to your email, phone number, and language via MyRogers. Watch this video to learn how. One less thing to check off your "to-do" list!

Moving is never simple but changing your billing address with your MyRogers account is easy. Click here to watch a video outlining the steps to update your billing address.

Prefer detailed instructions? Follow the steps below:

1. Sign into MyRogers.
   • If you're experiencing difficulties signing in, you can recover your MyRogers username or password.
   • Don't have a MyRogers account? Register one to easily manage your services.
2. Select Profile & Settings.
3. In the Account section, select Edit next to Billing.
4. Update your billing address in the fields provided.
5. Select SAVE CHANGES.

In the MyRogers app, after updating your billing address tap “Review”.

• Review to ensure that the information is correct and select SUBMIT CANADA POST ADDRESS or SUBMIT ADDRESS AS ENTERED. A success message will appear. Tap OK to proceed.
