Hey Community,
As you may have noticed, our community has grown since the beginning of the year and so has Rogers as a whole. We’ve witnessed several changes, had new products and services launch and we’d like to know what you would like to see added to the community going forward.
We recently put emphasis on the Community Gaming Hub, the Sports Hub and the Rogers Pride Hub and we’d like to know if you’d feel inclined to participate or if you would like us to put out different types of content, in the community.
Let us use this opportunity to ask all of you; what would you like our team to focus on, in the future? Would you want us to share on Rogers news and events? If so which ones? What type of product updates & feedback are you longing to know more about?
As some of you may already know, we occasionally have the honor to invite a special guest or a team of experts from within Rogers to participate and host an exclusive “Ask an Expert” event, which allows the community to ask specific questions on a given topic. You can find the archive of our previous events, here.
This leads us to ask; what type of product or technology would you want to deep dive into? Our community members are given the opportunity to question our guest(s) about almost anything within their field of expertise!
Give us your feedback and we will try our best to invite the perfect expert for our next event – We’re excited to know!
When a user first joins the Rogers Community, we think it’s important they don’t feel like having just dropped into the middle of the ocean without a lifeboat. As part of our ongoing process of improving the Rogers Community Forums experience, we are giving our current users the chance to voice their opinion on what we’re doing right and what we can improve on.
