How will these new speed tiers affect TPIA customers?

Will equivalent levels of service as the new Ignite plans be eventually offered to TPIA customers?  Is offering equivalent service to those customers mandated, how are the plans that the TPIAs can offer decided on?

I am a Rogers customer now, but was with a TPIA for some time and this question is purely out of curiosity.

@BinaryJay  As with any new speeds we offer, we make them available to our TPIA providers, however it is completely up to them as to when or if they would like to make these speeds available to their end customers
