Just got Ignite internet/TV/Phone package.
The phone number was ported from Bell to Rogers. When I call from my cell phone on Bell, the Rogers home phone does not ring until my 3rd ring. Is this normal? Should it ring on the first one?

Replaced the modem … rings are sync'ed.
Had a bunch of other problems that seem to be solved!

Hey @bhoward57,
Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums and to the Rogers family :D.
I'd like to clarify your post. Are you signed up with the new Ignite TV service, which comes included with home phone? Only reason I'm asking for clarification is because the home phone with the new Ignite TV service is actually a different platform from our original Home Phone service.
In any case, I'd like to ask you to PM us @CommunityHelps, so we can take a closer look into this for you! Here's a guide explaining how our Private Messenger works, if you're not familiar :).
Kind regards,
RogersCilio

Thanks for the response. I was just curious if this is a common thing or just my line. Just started to look into the problem. Was planning on Rogers cell phone user and landline to call if it is all
phones or just bell ... Or a bad device
