I'm just blocking each of these numbers as I get spams, and it seems to work. There only seem to be about 6 different numbers that it uses. Of course this will mean you won't be able to use the sms.rogers.com email-to-sms gateway, but you can still use pcs.rogers.com as it uses a different range of numbers.

Hi @ericbarnes88, @JimYVR, @davidj,
Welcome to the Community!
Thank you for reporting the messages to us. Spam messages are definitely a pain point for all of us. Have you guys had a chance to read our blog on Tired of getting Spam SMS? Let's fight back!? Users who receive any SPAM messages can now report them back to us by simply forwarding the suspected SPAM message to 7726 (SPAM). The messages will be audited and then blocked from the Rogers network as a whole.
Hope this helps 🙂
