Pay as you GoTexting from the US to Canada

I have a Pay as you Go phone with a 250 text message per month add-on.  I'll be travelling in the US and Caribbean and wonder if it's possible to text to Canada from these countries and, if so, what would the fees be?  Would I be charged for any incoming texts?

You can click here: Pay as you Go Add-ons & Pay Per Use

Click on the "roaming" tab and select the country you are planning to use your phone. You can also choose to see data roaming at the locations if needed.
