LG G5 advertised with multi user but its not available

Hello, Rogers and LG advertising for the LG G5 clearly shows Android multi user and guest mode support (the avatar bubble in top right of the screen when on lock screen) but it seems to have been removed from the device for Rogers. Please add back in so we can separate our work life from personal usage. I was using it on the Motorola X Pure. That's the purpose of the feature, why take that away?

I understand the inconveniences of not having access to this function.

We've reached out to one of our Device Specialist for additional information on this.

He shared with us that he spoke with a Technical Account Manager at LG, and according to him, it was more of their user experience choice to not include the function. Hope this helps!

Any news on this feature? It's pretty disappointing that it is blocked for use. You can't say it was LG doing this for "user experience" when it is still available on every other network.

Same issue with the LG G6 - Not sure if its because of Rogers or just the device.

Really disapointed, I should have verified before purchasing
