How to get back to old version of Android on samsung s 7?

My samsung galaxy St has swithed yesterday might to Android 7.0 and i do not like at all. The LCD display is so bright and damageable to eyes. How can i do to get back to the old version ?

Unfortunately you can't downgrade your device software unless u root the device ( on ur own risk) and get the older software to come back but even then u can't stop the update from coming through. Unfortunately I can't give u much info on here but search on XDA and u can figure out how to do it there.
