This is surely an odd error, especially if you are still able to receive calls without an issue. May I know what device are you using? When did you start experiencing this issue? Have you tried to reset the Network Settings to see if that resolves the issue for you?
Just need a little bit more info to assist you further.

- Have you tried to power cycle the device?
- When did you start experiencing this issue?
- Have you tried to reset the Network Settings to see if that resolves the issue for you? Please note: Resetting network settings will also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords.
