iPhone not sending sms to Android

All of a sudden in the past two weeks my iPhone has stopped sending text messages to any Android phones. I’ve checked ALL required settings and they are correct. I’ve also wiped and restored the iPhone to default to make sure there are no conflicts. I’m an experienced user and normally troubleshoot and fix but this one has me baffled. Thank you.

Call customer service,  They may need to perform a "resend to switch" on your account, this is not something you can do yourself and you must call to have it done.

I am assuming when you are messaging other iPhone users you are not using SMS you are using the iMessage protocal which is owned by apple not rogers.
