I purchased a 5G capable iPad mini 6 and added a Rogers Cellular plan. Rogers is not capable of giving me anything over LTE. My iPhone 12 gets a perfect 5G connection, but my tablet cannot attain anything past LTE. I spent $1200 on this tablet specifically to use with Rogers 5G system only to find it doesn’t work.

I can imagine how frustrating it was to find you could not access 5G on your new iPad. We'll need to add a code on your tablet line to allow for 5G access.
