reset forwarding to voicemail:internal

I plan to stick around

my voicemail asks for password when someone calls & i don't answer. how do i reset it back to voicemail:internal without calling in?

Okay, but there's no way for me to do it on my own? I feel like it really shouldn't be difficult to do on the user's end.

it sounds like a provisioning issue with the voicemail server, I believe rogers uses Comverse.

There is NO WAY for a customer to do this type of task on their on ever. This is something customer service or technical support should do since it requires access to certain tools the customer does not have access to nor ever will have access to
